InboxRULES is a modular system for processing incoming emails upon their delivery to MS Outlook account or MS Exchange Server mailbox or public folder.
InboxRULES can be installed either on client side (MS Outlook Rules Wizard Edition) or
on server side (MS Exchange Server Edition).

InboxRULES can work with following actions. You can either install these actions separately or you can install bundle of all actions.
extracts the data from email and stores them into a file, Outlook folder, or personal address book
extract data information from a message fields (such as the sender‘s information, subject, body, delivery time etc.) or their segments.
extract text after keyword or selected range of characters can be extracted from the message field.
output to file or

prints email body or email attachments to selected printer
